Linda Welsh is a Realtor/Principal with Linda Welsh Realty Group and is licensed in the State of Texas. Linda's experience in negotiation, mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, legal support services, distribution, sales and purchasing led her to a career that was perfectly aligned with her skill set and interests.
Linda is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She also has earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations.
She is passionate when representing buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of luxury properties, city homes and condos and suburban homes. Her favorites include lake view, lakefront and city view properties as well as serving the needs of first time home buyers and relocating families. In addition to traditional real estate services, Linda also holds a TX Auction license (#15205) and partners with notable national and international auction companies, for the sale and marketing of highly unique and exclusive properties.
Linda served on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Realty, and is a 5 time Platinum Top 50 winner pr finalist. She is actively involved in her community with Austin Community Foundation and as a Board Member for Austin Bat Cave and Austin Country Club WA. Linda has three grown children, Kim, Shawn and Katie and is married to her business partner and partner for life, Leo.
Leo Welsh is a Broker for Linda Welsh Realty and for Central Texas Referral Realty. He provides support to Linda Welsh Realty Group. He has previously served in many capacities as a Fortune 100 executive in the telecommunications and financial services industry before joining Linda Welsh Realty. Leo has also been a frequent lecturer at the prestigious McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. Leo has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth. Leo represents buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of luxury properties, country club and golf properties, investment properties and land and lots throughout Texas. He holds a brokers license in both Texas and New York State.
Sara Edgington is a Broker Associate with Linda Welsh Realty. Sara has been helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial real estate since 2005. Sara is also a licensed Auctioneer and is most frequently selling vehicles and raising money for worthy causes as a Benefit Auctioneer. Sara is also experienced as a real estate auctioneer. A fun fact about Sara - Sara is also ordained so you just may see her at your next fundraiser or officiating at a wedding in her spare time. Sara grew up in the auction business with her father Lyle Bond and is mother to two great sons and is grandmother to an adorable boy. Sara lives in Round Rock, TX and sells real estate primarily in the north Austin suburbs.
Rheamah "Reema" Hinedi is a licensed Realtor in Austin TX. Rheamah was born in Maryland, and spent many years living and studying abroad before returning to the Austin area where she has now lived for over 20 years with her husband and family. Rheamah's family has been involved in luxury home building for over two decades designing and building classic and contemporary homes in the Westlake / Eanes ISD area, as well as in Southwest Austin in the Seven Oaks subdivision and in Central Austin.
Rheamah attended school in Europe and later studied law and finance. After moving back to the US in 1989, Rheamah attended the University of Texas where she graduated with a degree in finance. For many years she worked in the accounting field before moving on to work with her husband in their family custom luxury homebuilding business. Most of the homes built by the family business are in and around the Westlake area including Davenport Ranch, Seven Oaks, Rob Roy and Barton Creek. Rheamah has lived in Westlake for the past twenty years and is deeply rooted in the community. She has extensive awareness of what a quality luxury home should be and she is highly knowledgeable about the different areas in Westlake.
Rheamah is active in her community, is an advocate for those in need, is active in Westlake/Davenport Ranch, and loves to spend time with her sons who attend Westlake High School and Hill Country Middle School. Rheamah loves fitness, travel, volunteering and raising her two talented boys. They love spending time with family and friends, hiking and most of all traveling. Their travels have taken them to many places around the world. Being cross- cultured and bilingual she hopes to instill the same love for travel, cultures and language in her boys. Rheamah is also an avid runner having completed 4 half marathons and is hoping to accomplish a full marathon at least once. Having relocated herself as well as many of her family and friends, Rheamah understands much of what surrounds the buying of a new home, learning about a new community, the moving process and all that entails. Angelo Kavalon (Carvela Group)
Angelo is a native Texan and has been living in Austin now for 7 years. He is originally from Houston, but Austin has always been his second home. Angelo has a passion for music and the arts, so what better place to call home than “The Live Music Capital of The World!” Angelo is a musician himself, so when he’s not working hard for his clients he’s playing his guitar and writing music. He enjoys visiting all of the nature and outdoor activities Austin has to offer as well as catching a local music show downtown. Angelo is a single father of a 19 year old daughter. He says: “That’s a full time job in itself! However it has been very rewarding to me and I wouldn’t change a thing.”
Prior to real estate Angelo spent most of his career in retail and restaurant management. He started his career with Circuit City and spent 10 exciting years with them. He quickly moved up within the organization ending his career as an area manager. He went on to manage other companies throughout his career, but found a passion and love for real estate. Angelo is no stranger to customer service and he brings a high level of that to the real estate industry. Angelo states: “It’s all about the client. 100%. They will receive a high level of service that is unmatched to the competition. I want to build a relationship with my clients and be by their side throughout the entire process. Maheen Baqai is a Realtor serving the Austin area. Shehas been a resident of Austin, TX since 1988 and has seen it grow and change into the dynamic city that it is today.
Maheen studied graphic design at the University of Texas in Austin and after having 3 kids, she decided that a career in Real Estate was her calling.

As a freelance writer and as a Senior Digital Producer, Alison adopted incredible work habits as a self starter, an innovative marketer and a supreme client advocate.
Alison effortlessly handled multiple marketing projects of varying levels of complexity and has been commended for consistently delivering results above and beyond expectations. She has extensive background in overhauling print and online portfolios, in the development of interactive tools and with market research projects and in all other areas of integrated marketing communications. Lynda is a licensed Realtor in TX. Linda and her husband and son also work in the family business - KLM Custom Homes since 1996 and more recently KLM Design Build firm in the Austin, TX area since 2007.
Currently Lynda, her husband Matthew and son Kyle are active in and passionate about their exciting development of modern mid century style homes in the Starlight Village community in Leander, TX. Lynda attended the University of Texas in Arlington with a BA in Elementary Education and Spanish. She subsequently worked in the Arlington Independent School District for ten years as an educator and her patience, dedication, people and organization skills have enabled Lynda to serve clients in the purchase and/or construction of their most valuable asset with ease and genuine care and concern for the clients best interest. Lynda's goal is to continue serving her clients and to grow her business year over year.

Kyle has experience in construction management and as a Superintendent in the Construction industry. Kyle also has experience in remodeling and renovations.
Kristine is a licensed Realtor in the Austin TX area. Kristine earned her BA at Texas State University in French and Spanish and attended Regis University where she earned her Master of Arts in Language and Communication.
Kristine has years of experience as an educator and is passionate about education and communication. Her background and experience in education and her patience and people skills are skillsets that Kristine draws upon when educating clients on the purchase and/or sale of their home or condo. Kristine also has experience in working with those clients who are transitioning to a smaller home. Kristine enjoys international sales and using her language skills with clients coming from other countries.
Kristine was instrumental in developing systems as a corporate Trainer and Recruiter for hiring and training employees and she uses her experience with international clients while honing and expanding her language skills. Kristine's skillsets translate well to an active and robust real estate career where her focus has been on property management, investor relations and on financial returns on real estate investments.
