Linda Welsh Realty Group was formed in 2004. 

Our goal when representing buyers and tenants is to provide the most comprehensive real estate services for our clients as possible with area and neighborhood specialists, negotiation experts, luxury property specialists, lake area and country club specialists, ranch specialists, international relations, first time homebuyer specialists and leasing specialists as well as those specializing in leasing and purchase of commercial properties or land and lots. 

Our goal when representing sellers is to provide the same level of service to our seller and landlord clients as well as to provide a tailor made marketing solution package to maximize exposure and to target market through a comprehensive marketing campaign using internet, print and direct mail.

Our goal is to be trusted advisors and to offer numerous and creative solutions for clients who are purchasing or selling a home, land or income property.  Linda Welsh Realty offers leasing choices for those who wish to find the perfect property to lease in the Austin and Central Texas area.

Linda Welsh and Leo Welsh started Linda Welsh Realty (a division of Linda Welsh Auction & Realty Group) in 2004. 

In response to our clients needs, some of our services include Spanish speaking agents, Auction marketing services and Auction representation for those purchasing at auction  as well as membership in seven different Boards of Realtors including Austin, Highland Lakes SanAntonio, Fredericksburg area and Houston as well as the Central Texas and North Texas Commercial Area Boards of Realtors

In addition, we are proud to offer a vast choice of mortgage and financing options including traditional mortgage origination specialists, mortgage assignment exclusive database and specialists, seller financing, short sale and REO specialists, investor services and distressed asset solutions.  In difficult times, creative solutions and comprehensive marketing are essential.

Leo Welsh serves as the Designated Corporate Broker for Linda Welsh Realty and has served in many capacities in Fortune 100 companies in the telecommunications and financial services industry before joining Linda Welsh Realty.  In addition, Leo has been a frequent lecturer at the prestigious McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin. Leo represents buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of commercial properties, luxury properties, country club properties and land and lots throughout Texas.

Linda Welsh is a Principal Owner, Realtor and licensed Auctioneer in the State of Texas.  Linda has experience in negotiation, mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, legal support services, distribution, sales and purchasing.  Linda primarily represents buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of luxury properties, lake and ranch properties and commercial properties and as a Principal Manager and consultant with her affiliated Broker Associates, Realtors and Auctioneers.
