Linda Welsh, CAI, AARE, ABR, BAS, CES, GPPA, GRI, LHMS, SRES is a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Texas as well as a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Texas (TX Auc Lic # 15205). She is a graduate of the Texas Auction Academy. Linda's Real Estate career started with selling residential real estate for Ebby Halliday in Dallas, Texas and in the mortgage banking business in New York State.
Linda is a mother of three and is an involved member of many social and community volunteer organizations as both a leader and volunteer. She grew up in Boston, MA and Rochester, NY, and has lived in Kansas City, New York, Connecticut, and Texas and now resides permanently in Austin, Texas. Linda is a member of the prestigious CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute), an AARE (Accredited Auctioneer in Real Estate), ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep), a LHMS (Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist and a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) as well as a CES (Certified Estate Specialist. Approximately 7 percent of all Auctioneers are women and 5% of active Auctioneers hold the designation of CAI. AARE designees are expert in the marketing of residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial properties; they study residential and commercial financial calculations, typical investment decisions and basic investment calculations and how to conduct multi-parcel auctions involving residential, commercial, industrial property and raw acreage. Combining her expertise and talents in both the Real Estate industry and the Auction industry provide her clients with innovative, timely and tailor-made solutions to their Real Estate and Auction needs. Leo Welsh, MBA, GRI, SRES, LHMS, E-Pro is a licensed Broker in the State of Texas and has earned the LHMS (Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and e-PRO designations to become one of a select few real estate professionals to earn the prestigious certification offered through the National Association of REALTORS.® e-PRO is an education program designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home. He is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).
Leo is an experienced sales, marketing and financial executive, having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Xerox and Sprint and other telecommunications service providers for most of his career. He moved to Austin, Texas in 1998 to assume the position of President of the Wholesale Division of IXC Communications (now Level (3) ). He's a veteran of 5 corporate relocation moves in a period of twelve years. He grew up in Jamestown, NY where he became an Eagle Scout, learned to shovel snow and root for the Buffalo Bills. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and has an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He is a part-time lecturer in Accounting at the McCombs School at the University of Texas at Austin.

Susan Swensen MA, GRI, RCC, CNHS , Probate liquidation specialist. Susan Swensen’s experience as a corporate executive in both marketing and account management in high tech companies is combined with real estate experience from the investing side. Susan first started working with estate properties over twenty years ago in San Jose, CA. She has renovated numerous homes and thoroughly understands the unique challenges that often accompany estate properties. Susan is a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas. In addition to being a member of the Graduate Real Estate Institute, (GRI), she is also Residential Construction Certified (RCC) and is a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS). She has an MA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Lisa Gay is a a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Texas, a full time auctioneer and a 2002 graduate of Southeastern School of Auctioneering. She completed her Certified Auctioneer Institute Training at the University of Indiana in 2007. She will receive her Graduate Personal Property Appraisal certification in March 2008. She currently serves as 1st Vice President of the Texas Auctioneer’s Association. She is also a member of the National Auctioneer’s Association. With a strong background in sales & marketing Lisa is an expert at bringing together the best of buyers and sellers. Lisa is based out of Dickinson Texas, just south of Houston.
Ross Bandy is a full time Professional Auctioneer and Ringman. He is experienced in sales and marketing, and makes a specialty of innovative solutions for sellers, as well as ensuring that buyers enjoy each auction experience. Ross is an active member of the Texas Auctioneers Association, and the National Auctioneers Association. Ross is based in Weatherford Texas, near the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex and is a veteran of the US Navy. He is very active in the local business community.
